Welcome
New Start Supported Housing work in partnership with local authorities, the NHS and the private sector of Care Providers offering "Supported Living Accommodation" to vulnerable adults. We currently manage a portfolio of just over 150 Assured Short-Hold Tenancies across England & Wales.
We take our position as a housing management provider seriously with the primary aim to offer well maintained affordable homes, whilst supporting the central and local governments housing strategy to promote choice and maximise the delivery for more accessible homes in local areas.
